WSET LEVEL 1 IN WINE
In this beginner-level course you will be introduced to the fundamentals of wine through sight, smell and taste. You’ll awaken your palate and be introduced to WSET’s Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT). By the end of the course, you’ll be able to identify the main styles of wine and understand the basic principles of food and wine pairings. If you’ve studied wine independently for several years, you may be qualified to begin with WSET Level 2.
WSET LEVEL 2 IN WINE
This intermediate-level course will expand your wine knowledge so you can confidently share it with others. You’ll explore wine regions and wine styles in more detail, identifying the major grape varieties that define the world’s key wines. All wines you will taste for this course were carefully selected by Master of Wine Peter Marks and Director of Education Catherine Bugue to help you calibrate your palate to WSET Level 2 SAT specifications.
WSET LEVEL 3 IN WINE
Level 3 is an advanced certification that allows you to not only taste and describe wine accurately, but also explain style and quality through a comprehensive understanding of wine production options. You’ll also develop your tasting skills to objectively evaluate a wine’s characteristics, quality and potential for ageing. All wines you will taste have been carefully selected by Master of Wine Peter Marks and Director of Education Catherine Bugue to match the WSET Level 3 specification and prepare you for the blind tasting portion of the exam.
WSET LEVEL 4 IN WINE
As WSET’s highest certification, Level 4 is a specialist-level course for anyone who wants to become a decision maker or authority in the wine industry. You’ll master your analytical tasting skills to explain and evaluate wine at an expert level, and thoroughly understand the core principles of production and the business of wine. Earning your Diploma requires two years of study, 6 units, 5 in-person exams and one independent research assignment.

WSET LEVEL 1 IN Spirits
Whether you’re just starting in the industry or pursuing a personal interest, WEST Level 1 is a hands-on, basic introduction to spirits. Explore the main styles and types through sight, smell, and taste to develop an understanding of the key factors affecting flavors and aromas. Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.
WSET LEVEL 2 IN Spirits
This course covers the main categories of spirits and liqueurs as well as the influences of production methods on the different styles available in each category. Students will be introduced to the Systematic Approach to Tasting in Spirits while also exploring the use of spirits in cocktails. The product knowledge gained on this course will give a significant advantage to those working with spirits in both on- and off-trade alcohol. Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.

WSET LEVEL 1 IN SAKE
A beginner-level introduction for those starting a career in the industry or pursuing an interest in sake. If you’re new to the subject, this qualification offers a hands-on introduction through sight, smell and taste. You’ll explore the main styles and types of sake and develop an understanding of the key factors affecting flavors and aromas. Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.
