This event will teach you everything you need to know about this iconic drink so that when it's time for your own celebration, you'll feel confident ordering a bottle of this famous bubbly for yourself or your guests. And if all else fails, we've got some great ideas on how to make any day feel like Champagne Day!

In this class, you’ll explore some of Italy’s most interesting native grape varieties and learn about their history and potential for wine production. This class covers from Nebbiolo & Aglianico to Timorasso, Freisa, Nosiola, Nerello Mascalese plus wild mushroom pairings for each variety!

Sweet wines just do not get the respect they deserve!
