Champagne Specialist Course: Understanding and Recommending Champagne

Embark on a comprehensive two-day journey to master the nuances of Champagne with our Champagne Specialist Course, certified by the Comité Champagne. Day 1 (9:00am – 5:00pm) covers the rich history, production methods, and tasting techniques, providing a solid foundation in Champagne expertise. Day 2 (9:00am – 6:00pm) delves deeper into food pairings and recommendation strategies, culminating in a certification exam from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, ensuring you can confidently recommend and discuss Champagne.

Our WSET Level 1 course gives you the basic skills to talk and taste like a professional. This course is designed to be hands-on and fun. You will explore different styles of wines through sight, smell, and taste and learn the fundamental principles involved in the storage and service of wine.
