NOTE: WSET Level 3 exams are ordered 30 days before the Level 3 exam date, as per the WSET rules, and a transfer fee must be paid to change the date once that order has been placed with the WSET. Exam results take 10-12 weeks to be processed and released by the WSET.

Can I take the Exam Online?
No. The Level 3 Exam is only available in person due to the blind tasting portion of the exam.
How do I register for the Exam?
If you are taking an online course, you can register within your Course Welcome section / Exam Registration module. Only 14-26 seats are available per in-person exam, depending on the location.
Can I change the date of my Exam?
There is a $99 exam transfer fee to transfer your exam date, if changed BEFORE 30 days of the exam date. You cannot submit the registration form more than once. Within the 30 day window, exam must be reordered with the WSET and a larger fee is incurred. Purchase links and information are found in your Online Course Exam Registration module. Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes! Upon exam registration, you will receive a confirmation email from exams@napavalleywineacademy.com with further instructions and information within about 15 minutes.
When will I receive my exam results?
WSET London confirms that your exam results will be released in approximately 10-12 weeks after your exam date. All exam results will be emailed to you the day we receive the gradelist from WSET.
When will my certificate and pin arrive?
The WSET certificates and pins are digital, so you will receive them with your results email.
