Send your tasting notes, essay drafts or study plan ahead if you have them. The hour is yours; the more specific you are, the more you leave with.

You do not need to prepare a presentation. A few concrete things make the session worth twice as much.

30 or 60 minutes?
Thirty minutes is right for one focused question: feedback on a set of tasting notes, a study plan check, a career conversation. Sixty is right for guided tasting, working through an essay together, or a Diploma unit plan. Most exam-prep bookings are 60.
Do I need to be an NVWA student?
No. Sessions are open to anyone, including students studying with another provider or preparing for CMS, CSW or Cicerone exams.
Can I book more than one session?
Yes. Many students book one early in the course and one in the last two weeks before the exam. Buy them together or one at a time; each purchase comes with its own booking link.
What if I need to reschedule?
Use the link in your booking email to move your slot, or contact Student Success. Give your mentor at least 24 hours where you can.
