Napa Valley
Headquarters2501 Oak Street, downtown Napa. Our home campus carries the full in-person range: WSET Levels 1, 2 and 3, the Level 2 and Level 3 bootcamps, the Winemaker Bootcamp, TasteCoach blind-tasting workshops and the Champagne Specialist Course.

Nashville
Aloft Hotel Nashville, 1719 West End Avenue, Midtown. One-day WSET Level 1 and two-day WSET Level 2 in-person courses, plus the Champagne Specialist Course.

Tampa
The Epicurean Hotel, 1207 South Howard Avenue, Hyde Park. One-day WSET Level 1 and two-day WSET Level 2 in-person courses, plus the Champagne Specialist Course.

Choosing where to study
Is the qualification different depending on where I study?
No. A WSET award is the same qualification whether you sit the course in Napa, Nashville, Tampa, Los Angeles or online. Napa Valley Wine Academy is a WSET Approved Programme Provider, and every course is taught to the WSET specification by our own faculty.
Do I sit the exam in the classroom?
It depends on the level. For WSET Level 1 Award in Wines courses from 1 August 2026, the exam is sat online under remote invigilation by WSET on a date you choose after your class. WSET Level 4 Diploma examinations are sat in person in Napa. Each course page states its own exam arrangement before you enroll.
Which campus offers the most in-person courses?
Napa Valley, our headquarters. Nashville and Tampa run WSET Level 1 and Level 2 in person and the Champagne Specialist Course; Los Angeles currently hosts the Champagne Specialist Course. Every WSET level is also available online with live instructors.
