WSET Pins

Official WSET lapel pins are available to Napa Valley Wine Academy graduates for $25 each, for every qualification we teach: Level 1, 2 and 3 Awards in Wines, Spirits, Beer and Sake, and the Level 4 Diploma in Wines. Pins are not sold openly — we confirm you took the course and passed the exam with us first — so nothing here is added to a cart directly. Here is how it works.

How to order a WSET pin

1. Email our support team with your first and last name, the email address you used for the exam, your US shipping address, your approximate exam date, and which pin you would like. The Help Center article has the address and the checklist.
2. We confirm you took the course and passed the exam with Napa Valley Wine Academy.
3. We email you a payment link for $25, usually within about 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Once paid, your pin ships.

Who can order

Students who took their WSET course and exam with Napa Valley Wine Academy and passed. We are not able to supply pins to candidates who qualified through another provider, or to ship outside the United States. If you studied elsewhere, contact your own provider or WSET.

Why is my certificate digital?

WSET issues digital certificates and badges for Levels 1 and 2 for exams taken after 15 November 2024, and for Levels 3 and 4 from 17 August 2025. They arrive by email with your results, can be shared with employers and on social media, and are verifiable online. WSET no longer posts paper certificates, which is why the physical pin is now ordered from us rather than arriving in the mail.

Lost your WSET certificate or pin?

Replacement certificates — digital and printable — are ordered directly from WSET Global’s online store for a small administrative fee. A replacement pin follows the same process as a first pin, above. Full details in our Help Center.
