While these remain relevant today, exploration of new varieties and viticultural practices, combined with more intuitive winemaking has changed the look and feel of Australian fine wine.

Author and Wine Australia’s North America educator, Mark Davidson will lead participants through a focused line up of wines that speaks to the past, present and future of Australian wine.
