As a buyer at Fauchon, her 800 bottle list won several awards including a French oenologist prize. She has specialized in trading great wines from Burgundy, Champagne, Bordeaux and worked in Chablis as a brand ambassador. Since 2016, Sandrine has been teaching oenology to future professionals. She is an accomplished author of wine and gastronomy. Her book Le Gout de Paris received the French prestiges award Prix Rungis des Gourmets.
