This initial candidate registration enrolls the student as an official WSET Diploma Candidate for a period of 3 years. This is enough time for most students to complete all six units. If a candidate is not able to complete all six units in the initial three years, the WSET will require payment of a candidate renewal fee for an additional three years of eligibility.
