Spread across 319 villages and five départements, AOC Champagne encompasses a vast array of terroirs. This webinar will offer a deep dive into three of its most storied sub-regions – the Vallée de la Marne, Côte des Blancs, and Côte des Bars – considering how a series of unique geologic and topographical features have influenced the grape choice and wine styles of these important terroirs.
This webinar focuses on the Canadian markets.
Matthew Landry, FWS, IWS is a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Matthew recently finished 2nd in the CAPS Best Sommelier of Canada competition. In February 2022, Matthew will represent Canada at the ASI Best Sommelier of the Americas competition.
